PMF’s Annual Open Call: Individual Freedom & Autocracy

PMF’s Annual Open Call: Individual Freedom & Autocracy

The Peter Moennig Foundation (PMF) invites artists, thinkers, and creators to submit works for its annual open call, exploring the complex and timely themes of Individual Freedom and Autocracy.

This year, we seek submissions that reflect on the tension between personal autonomy and authoritarian control, examining how these forces shape society, individual identity, and artistic expression.

We welcome works that critically engage with the balance or clash between individual rights and governmental or institutional power. How do we navigate freedom in an increasingly controlled world? How do autocratic structures impact creativity, and what role does art play in resisting or reflecting on these forces?
